Child Care/Mother's Room

Conference attendees are responsible for evaluating and selecting child care services. PEARC19 does not endorse or recommend any particular child care service.

Other Accommodations

If you require the use of a sign language interpreter, please provide a 120 days or more advance notice prior to the start of the conference and let us know how many days and for which event you will need the interpreter.

 

If you require the use of braille materials, please provide  120 days or more advance notice prior to the start of the conference. The time of advanced notice depends on the type of program and the time necessary to secure the requested accommodation(s).

 

While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, under certain circumstances it may not be possible, in which case, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.
